A Fair-time favorite, Harness Racing will be trotting down the track for two days at the Fulton County Fair. Saturday, August 31 -- 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 3 -- 6:00 p.m. Pari-Mutuel Wagering will be available during Tuesday's races.
