Entries forms and payment are
to be submitted at the Secretary’s Office located in the northwest corner of
the grandstand on the fairgrounds. The fair office will be open
July 31, August 1,
7,
8, 11-15,
18-22 from 9 am – 5 pm; August
2, 9,
16, 23 from 9 am –12
noon; and August 25 through the Fair from 9 am – 9 pm. Entries may also be
mailed to Fair Secretary, 18655-RS, Fayette, OH 43521. Mailed entries will
be processed and tags may be picked up at the Fairgrounds Office; if you
wish to receive tags by mail (excluding poultry entries), enclose a
self-addressed stamped envelope with your entry.
DEADLINE FOR ALL ENTRIES: FRIDAY, AUGUST 22, 2008 at 5 p.m.
The 151st Fulton County Fair opens to the public on Friday, August
29 at 9
a.m. and closes Thursday, September 4 at midnight. All exhibit buildings
will open at 9:30 a.m. and close at 10 p.m. Commercial exhibits are open 9
a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Monday, and from 12 noon until 10:00
p.m. on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Admission of Exhibitors
All exhibitors must purchase a season ticket
or pay a $1.00 Junior Exhibitor Fee. Commercial, Gate, OFMA, Lifetime
Membership, Junior Fair or Advisor Passes are not accepted. This applies to
all departments. Season ticket number must be listed on entry form.
Entry Forms
Entry forms are available online. All exhibitors must use official entry
forms showing the following:

Complete name and mailing
address
-
Age, if a Junior Fair
exhibitor

Season ticket number, if
you do not have a season ticket, one can be ordered and paid for when
submitting entry form.

Department letter of
exhibit. Please use a separate entry form for each department
entered. Entry forms are available online and may be copied.

Book number, class
number, and description of the item from premium list. Group numbers
apply to poultry entries only.

Any fees which are
applicable
The Fair Secretary will assign a number to
each exhibitor but the identity of the exhibitor will not be disclosed until
all judges’ reports have been filed. Organizations may enter group exhibits
on a single entry tag issued to the organization. DO NOT include
group and individual entries on the same entry form. No entry will be
accepted in any department into the fair unless accompanied by an official
entry tag issued by the Fair Secretary.
The right is reserved to reject any unsuitable entry. Exhibits will be
released at designated times. The Fulton County Agricultural Society
will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibits.
Payment of Premiums
Premiums will be mailed as soon as possible after the Fair. Premiums are
paid according to the judges’ reports – ribbons have no value as to premiums
paid.
