Board of Directors meeting are held at 7:00 p.m. at the Fair Office, under the grandstand, the first Thursday in March, August and October. The annual meeting is held the second Saturday in November. A meeting is also held at the Ohio Fair Managers Convention in Columbus, Ohio in January. Special meetings will be posted on the door of the Secretary’s Office and on the Fair’s Web site under Fairgrounds Events/Info page.
