Beach Boys and Fireworks Set for Sunday, August 31
Don’t miss the “Fun, Fun, Fun” when the most popular American pop
group in history brings its trademark tunes about surfing, souped-up
cars, and teenage angst to the 151st Fulton County Fair on Sunday,
August 31. During a remarkable career that’s fast approaching the
half-century mark, the Beach Boys have turned out dozens of hits,
among them “Surfin’ Safari,” “Surfer Girl,” “Surfin’ USA,” “409,”
“California Girls,” and “I Get Around.” And, plan to stick around
after the concert to watch the Fireworks!
Visit the Grandstand page for more
information.
Labor Day’s Country Concert Hits the Mark for a Great Show
Joe Nichols and Jake Owen will take the
stage on Monday, September 1 for a country concert that will leave a
mark in the history pages of the Fulton County Fair.
Joe Nichols, a Grammy-nominated artist,
has turned out such songs as "The Impossible" which earned a total
of three Grammy nominations and "Brokenheartsville" hit No. 1. And
recently, “ It Ain’t No Crime” hit the airwaves and is fast climbing
the charts. Jake Owen – a day after celebrating his third
consecutive Top 20 hit with “Something About A Woman,” was nominated
